If you are a Seedrs Shareholder or a Seedrs Beneficial Owner, then regardless of whether you have appointed a proxy or given voting instructions (as applicable), you are welcome to attend and participate in the Meetings in person or via the video conference facility.

If you wish to attend (or, in the case of Seedrs Shareholders, you wish your proxy to attend), please register below by no later than 11:00 a.m. on 25 July 2022. Please select the Court Meeting for the scheme class you are in (as notified to you by email). Please then register separately if you wish to attend the General Meeting.
